I applied online and was initially turned down - I had to emphasize some of my previous experience to get the interview. Then there was a phone screening, aptitude testing, two panel style interviews with 4-5 interviewers (one with spouse present).

I was an internal hire for this position, so my interview process was shorter than the average process. I had a final in-person interview with several leaders in the organization. My wife was there as well and they asked her some questions as well.
