The interview process is extensive and intense, as it should be. But just as much as it's extensive and intense, it's fun, engaging, and energizing too! We built relationships with people that will last a lifetime. On the first day, all candidates attended a service together, Life.Church provided dinner for all candidates and we took a tour of Central. The second day we visited another campus and had the opportunity to meet with the campus pastors to ask questions and listen to words of wisdom from them, the third day was a full day of interviews with lunch provided.

Interview is intense spiritually, mentally and physically. I submitted my application online and had two phone interviews the following week and was asked to take different tests so they could get to know me better. A couple days after I submitted the test I was called and the test and the results were explained to me at the end of the phone call I was invited to the interview event. The interview event was on a Sunday and Monday and my spouse had to come with me. The interview was in depth and extensive.
