It was extremely challenging. You will walk away physically, emotionally, and mentally drained. It is a great learning experience and you receive a ton of feedback in real time. The process starts out with an internship application; continues to the first phone interview; then involves a job application, background check, personality test, spiritual gifts test, and a series of aptitude tests; followed by the second phone interview, then an on-site two day interview event. The on-site interview event involved a weekend service, an evening dinner, round robin interviewing, public speaking, role playing, and purity/spiritual integrity interviews.
