Entrevista
I found an ad on craigslist advertising the job. After sending in my resume, I got an email back from a guy named Maynor (the hiring supervisor) who sent me about 10 questions or so to answer as a pre-interview. It was pretty easy generic kind of stuff. A few days later he called me and asked me a few more questions, and he was probably checking to see how confident I could be on a phone. After that he asked me to come in a few days later for a 4 hour interview! It's long because the company wants you to take a test called criticall that tests your multitasking skills. i ended up taking the test with 2 other people after Maynor did a little presentation about what the company was about. It seemed like the test was more along the lines of being a 911 dispatcher. After I was done, Maynor walked me out, and told me I would hear back within a week or 2. I ended up hearing back the next day for a follow up interview. That interview was more formal in a conference room with Maynor and a man named Raffi. Both were very nice and asked you generic questions you would expect and lasted about 20 minutes. They told me I would hear back within the next day, and I ended up hearing back from them a few hours with a job offer.

Simple process, questions are easy and you must complete a typing word test. You will also be taking a test based on scenarios, so overall it just makes sure you are able to work under the pressure of the company

I applied online and was asked to answer some questions through email. I got an invite for a skills exam after a couple of days. The exam consisted of IQ and skills questions, they have an application called Criticall which tests your ability to attend to emergencies while you are working through the skills and IQ exam. I got the invite for the interview two days after. The interview was quick and lively. It took around 10 minutes. I them got a call two days later to say that they are processing a background check and to call him after a week. After a week and a half I got the job offer. They wanted me to start work the very next day.
