I had one interview and then an offer was made.

Quick interview, about 30 mins with Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager. Asked standard interview questions about previous experience and scenario-based questions as if you were employed in Lidl. Pleasant experience

Tell me about a time where you had to use team work
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
