I interviewed with an Area Manager and the Store Manager. It’s was fairly relaxed.
First they asked questions based on my CV and phone application and wanted to find out about me. Then there was 4-5 questions based on behaviours and competency
The Lidl interview went smoothly. A few questions were challenging, but the manager was supportive and clear about expectations. Overall, it felt positive and I’m hopeful about the outcome moving forward.
