First there was a phone interview that was pretty upbeat. Then they call you in for a 4 hour assessment process at their corporate office in Arlington. Driving there was a pain. No reimbursement for your parking or time there, but they did offer refreshments and breads to nosh on. Three different assessments in different rooms. I was told to expect an answer by early the following week whether I was selected for the position. Got a generic email on Thursday letting me know that they passed. I'm sure there are a lot of people applying for these positions, but maintaining a deadline for communication only to let me know that I wasn't selected was very disheartening.
