Went to the hiring event in King of Prussia, PA. Day started off a presentation about LIDL, then followed by a group exercise. After the group exercise it was an individual role play trying to calm down and irate customer. Agter that there was lunch then they came in and announced 7 names to pick there things up and go into the other room. These names were chosen for interviews. The interview went very well. Was told that we would be contacted via email about the decision if we're being chosen for the job within 48 hours. The event was on a Thursday I got the email Friday night around 5 o'clock that I was chosen for the job. Alot of training but interested to see where the company will go forward.

Formal laid back to the point quite easy over all very generic basic questions that you would get in any other interview. Wouldn’t recommend place to work very poor structure no support by your line manager

Difficult and challenging. Corporate. You will be asked lots of questions and those things you will never do. The interviewers seemed arrogant. Great pay but they will work you to the bone.
