Entrevista
I applied online, they asked for covering letter and cv, then they arranged a phone interview which I had printed everything and looked at while on the phone so did well (most questions about lidl, so history is vital). Then called me for interview with area manager. For the interview it self there was meant to be 5 of us however only me and one other guy turned up. next I will explain below on what questions he asked etc, but i would strongly recommend knowing about lidl history when applying for a position in there. I would say phone interview was harder than face to face because face to face you can act on phone you got to know answers and they almost ask you about 10 questions 6 about lidl and maybe around 4 about you, so be prepared.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
