You get a basic phone call talking about the job and your interest. Set up a second phone call that goes more in depth about the job/requirements. Then they set up an in person interview.

The initial interview process was simple. The application to the job was straightforward and easy. Got a call back for an interview with mid-level management plus one senior level manager. All of them asked me questions about my life goals, my greatest strengths and weaknesses, my sales experience, etc. All very standard interview questions.
