I applied at an org fair at school. They reached out via email to schedule a phone screening. I did that and it was very basic questions, mostly just a perusal of resume. After that, I was moved on to the next round which was in office with a panel of people. Each person presented a different scenario with responses and we had to rank and explain why we picked each response.

There was a simple phone screening first asking about some generic questions. That was followed by three back to back panel interviews that lasted for about 3 hours. The panel interviews were mostly technical.
