Applied online. Within a days time I received an email requesting that I take an online assessment. This took roughly 45-50 minutes. Within the next few days I was selected for a phone interview where they asked a couple of behavioral type questions. During the phone interview I was selected for a person to person interview. Again they asked mostly behavioral questions. The following day I received a call and was offered the position.

Entrevista
I applied online a few times and at first was rejected for lack of experience. I thought this was odd because I've been working in Insurance for almost 4 years. I put in for an open house invite only interview and was emailed the next day about my prior application and asked to come into the open house.
