I found out via email that I was shortlisted for the role. They asked me to bring my graphic design portfolio and I was given a week to do a project based task. The results of the project/task I was to present during my interview. The project: to graphic design three different styles of online content about the European Referendum (their current focus at the time). The three pieces of content needed to be: one for Facebook, second for the party’s website and the third for an online outlet of my choice. I was interviewed by 3 people. They were friendly during the interview. Culture wise you can tell the staff are really smart and passionate people who put in the extra hours with the goal of making the member experience the best it can be. There's a bit of a start-up work ethic in that sense - doing as much as you can with the resources you have. Though I wasn't offered this role they had the courtesy to call me personally to thank me for applying. I wouldn't hesitate to apply for them again.
