I had a phone interview with the recruiter first, as an introduction to the company and to myself. This was followed up with a Skype interview with the person who would be my manager presuming everything went well. The Skype interview dove into my day to day role and specific past experience with the position. I finally had an in person interview the next week which took about 3 hours and was very in-depth. I spoke with multiple members of the company and even did an interesting exercise which allowed me to showcase my abilities working with clients and gathering requirements. I appreciated this approach as it is difficult to explain my position and my strengths without seeing them in action.

The interview process was efficient but thorough. I met with the head of technology, the head of delivery, a technical team leader, and an additional team member to ensure my knowledge of Scrum, mobile, and consulting were up to par.
