I interviewed with the position after working as a contractor for about 9 months. Contracting is one of the easiest ways to get your foot in the door with this company. The interview was pretty standard with typical interview questions but working previously in the company helped with specifics of the job since the products are unique to the company. I interviewed two days after I applied and was offered the job two days after that. This particular position needed to be filled quickly though. I do not think the interview process is that fast for every position.
