      Professional Time Wasters! It is an EPIDEMIC in this job market! I applied and literally answered about 100 questions for these people. I did a phone screen and an hour long interview with the CRO Jeff Fugitt. Afterwards, I was asked to actually fill out their 3 page job application by hand on a Saturday! This is something that is unheard of today in a professional setting. But with these wrinkydink 50 person companies so left-field in their ways, I wasn't surprised. I made it clear to their recruiter that being on the job market for as long as I have, it has made me very protective of my time. I'm not interested in long, disjointed hiring processes. She assured me it would be quick. What she didn't tell me was that they have no idea what they're looking for. This morning I get a LinkedIN message from her telling me they're just not going to fill the position. After nearly 2 weeks of back and forth...yup... they're just not going to hire anyone due to you guessed it "Business Needs". That nebulous nonsense that could literally mean anything. How is your business that unstable where your business needs change from week to week? This is just another ragtag Legal Tech company just feeling it out as they go along with no regards for people's time. Not even their own. This is why they will never be a player in the space and why I have never heard of them until I saw their job posting on LinkedIn. They will continue to be that. Oh, and I promise you those positive employee reviews on this site are cohersed or fake. Update: Today I found out they have reached out to a former colleague about the same positions. So they most certainly lied about them "not being filled".
