I applied online and then I was emailed to have a phone interview with hiring managers. I had a total of six 30 min inteviews. Three those where on site and the rest over the phone. Two of the six interviews were with hiring managers from Meville and Bethel offices. Question were easy and mostly behavioral. It seems like they wanted someone who can explain engineering concepts well.

Entrevista
Applied online to Leviton's ePDP (engineering Product Development Program). About a month later, I received an email from an HR assistant to schedule a phone screen. Talked to an HR Generalist about internships and project work. Received another email from the same HR assistant in order to schedule 2 consecutive days of SKYPE interviews. I spoke with HR directors, engineering managers, and engineers. The interviews were pleasant overall. They stated they would get back to me in one to two weeks. After receiving time-sensitive offer from another company, I emailed the HR assistant explaining my situation and my ongoing interest in the position, and inquired as to whether there were any insights into my potential for employment. No reply. After several days, I emailed the HR assistant again, and was told they are pursuing other candidates. I considered a good review, but they get a thumbs down in the communication and consideration department
