Telephone interview instead of a video call interview. It started with an introduction and clear explanation of the company and straight to asking questions about yourself, ambitions, understanding of the role, and expectations.
I was ghosted by the recruiter after being invited to and accepting an interview time. He did not call me at the specified time, nor did he contact me by email afterwards. What a waste of time I spent preparing for the interview. This was after completing their 'psychometric' test, which consisted of nonsense questions like 'do you like making money', to which you could only select yes or no as your answer. Long and tedious. Multiple stages of interviews. With each interview having a kind of quiz or powerpoint. Began w phone call interview, then virtual and final round is a f2f.
