Entrevista
I went in for an open call. I filled out an application then I waited for about 30 minutes for the group interview to begin. The group interview had about 20-30 people. The managers were very nice and asked simple questions. Everyone had a chance to answer each question. Due to the number of people in the interview, you really had to make sure that your answers were different from others so that the managers could remember you. Overall good experience.

Entrevista
It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
