My interview at Levi Strauss went by very smoothly and took only 10 minutes. It was a group interview and i was there with 1 other applicant because the others didn't show up. They asked us very simple questions:
Tell me about yourself?
Why do you want to join this team?
What is your availability?

5 questions, mostly personality-based, This question shows that you are interested in staying up-to-date with industry trends and improvements. It demonstrates your proactive approach and willingness to contribute to the team's success by suggesting innovative ideas or techniques.

Describe a situation where you had to handle a difficult or irate customer. How did you approach the situation, and what steps did you take to resolve their concerns and ensure their satisfaction? How do you prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries or requests simultaneously? Can you provide an example of a time when you had to handle a high volume of customer interactions and how you effectively managed them? How do you ensure effective communication with customers? Can you describe a situation where you had to explain complex information or policies to a customer in a way that they could easily understand? Describe a time when you went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. What actions did you take, and how did it impact the customer's experience and overall satisfaction? How do you handle customer feedback, whether it's positive or negative? Can you provide an example of a time when you received feedback from a customer, and how you used that feedback to improve your performance or the service provided?
