Strongly negative experience. I was contacted by recruiter and she wanted to have conversation over the phone asking some behavioral questions. At the end of call, she told me that I will be contacted by the hiring manager in a week. I kept waiting and waiting but never heard from hiring manager or even that recruiter. I emailed her a lot to update me on the position status but she never replied and no hiring manager contacted me. So UNPROFESSIONAL. Wasted my time and crushed my hope. At lease they could have just said that they didn’t want to move forward with me. Been over 2 months no response back. This is how you treat the potential candidates who want to work at your company. Negative, Unprofessional, Waste of time??
