Long interview process that ultimately ended in a rejection for reasons that were evident in the first interview. They said I was overqualified and likely wouldn't be challenged in the job. I was very clear that I understood those concerns and was still interested in the role but they made the decision for me. Saw the job was reposted a couple months later.
