Solicité el puesto en persona. El proceso duró 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en LensCrafters (Colorado Springs, CO) en ago 2012
Entrevista
sat out in the middle of the mall, surrounded by others. I could not hear what he was saying. It seemed to be his first interviewing anyone, as he was more nervous than I was. The interview lasted for about 3 minutes when he asked if i could go in the store and start helping the customers, I told him I would as long as I was hired and was getting paid for it.

Video interview with a woman that did not turn on her camera. The woman was a store manager but this was her first time working in the optical business. She was so green, I should have been interviewing her. They have such high turn over I was really shocked to see that someone with no experience was managing in a location and without any formal training or license
Simple and easy, very straightforward. I did not have to wait long and the person interviewing me was very professional. The store was clean and the other employees were friendly.
