After 6 rounds of interviews, with various different people but very similar questions, i made to the final two candidates. I haven't heard from them since, which i can only assume that i wasnt successful, which cam happen but its incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional not to provide any feedback after i made arrangements to be available for interviews at all times, including evenings, for the interviews.

The interview process took four months and I was interviewed six times. Several times, when I asked for an update, I received no reply. Weeks passed and then I heard from someone who said, hang tight, we're slammed and need time to make a decision, you're still in the running for this role. In the meantime, I saw that the position had been reposted. I knew then that they were just 'keeping me warm' while they saw if they could find someone better. Finally, after so many weeks, I heard back that they had cancelled the position. Meanwhile, the role was still posted. I don't know what to think. I think that's a pretty awful recruiting process for such a large company.
