Company touted family friendly process but the interview itself was very stressful. Group interviews and an individual assignment. Tasks were very business oriented rather than IT oriented. Weird IQ tests and personality test as first screening. Very time consuming with some interviews starting at 7:30 am on a weekend. I considered backing out several times.
