The interview process consisted of a phone call along with a 3 month trial period. I had previously worked with the CEO at a former company and impressed him with my drive and overall talent. I was called to be a part of this exciting new startup by the CEO himself. We discussed opportunities for the company and then met over lunch. I was hired, first as a contractor, while getting the startup off the ground floor and later given an offer for full-time employment.
