Nice process :
1. Phone screening with Recruiter
2.Phone Interview (Technical) - (Asked projects and work experience and some technical questions on present language) .selected , called onsite interview
3.Onsite InterView - Coding Test ,Test Review,Interview with CTO.
Onsite interview took almost 4 hours meeting with different people and interviewing with them.

White Board Test - given scenario . how will you approach and use cases.
30 minute hiring manager interview, 90 minute team interview. Ghosted, they ignored multiple followup emails. Seems like they do this to candidates frequently. Felt disrespectful of my time, would hope they start at least giving candidates closure on roles when they invest time in the process.
There was a call with a recruiter and an interview with a hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager seemed to go well, but then was ghosted by the recruiter. No response to an email asking about status.

It was a Karat screening and 5 rounds of virtual onsite.
1. Datastructure round
2. Code improvement
3. DB schema design
4. System design
5. Manager Interview.
its an easy interview, the process is very slow, the gap between screening and interview is 3 weeks and I dint hear from them in more than 45 days. It's fine to reject but its courteous to convey it for almost 6 hours of my time spent.
Overall it felt like there is respect for the prospective employees and left me with a negative opinion.
