9AM to 1:30PM Long. Had very good technical discussions.
But result was bad and weird. Within few days of my interview, i was told that the position was no more need in Richmond. But she said they will consider me in September 2018. Thats Funny...

I was reached out by the recruiter and he sent me a questionnaire to save him time. Didn't bother to talk to me during the whole process
Onsite interview was started by a senior technical manager, who did not know much about SDLC cycle and managing engineers and was asking me questions on how to make developers agree to a coding style
One of the interviewer said that company had laid off most of people and company was started by inexperienced founders with drama and grew too fast and now it is a 50 people company, but they want to compete with 1000+ people competitors like Chime
One person in senior management had very thick British accent with words mixed together and he did not enunciate words well, it was extremely hard to understand what he was saying. I could not make out half of what he was saying and had to guess most of it.
After the virtual onsite, the company completely ghosted me. Did not even bother to send an email update after 4 hours of onsite interview.
I followed up after few days for an update, but nope! no reply , complete ghosting. At least have a courtesy of saying that they are not moving forward after 4 hours of onsite and 1hr of wasting candidate's time.

Recruiter setup a call for an initial conversation. Received call 10 minutes later than scheduled. And then for some reason never gave me a chance at the initial phone screen.
