I was initially called by the recruiter in HR department. I actually interviewed with her on a Sunday. It was a pleasant interview over the phone that lasted approximately 10 minutes. An in house interview was scheduled for approximately 1 week later. I was then interviewed by the DON. It was a very pleasant experience. I was asked general questions that you would know if you have worked in longterm care centers before. The interview lasted approximately 15 minutes followed by a tour of the healthcare center.
