The company is basically like an agent to represent you and present you to their client who is the city of Los Angeles. They will rebuilt your resume to fit the job description and try to make you look more appealing to the client to get a interview. I talked to the HR person and it was basically simple questions with no technical questions. If you pass that round then they will send you a contract to sign to allow the company to represent you to their client. I never got that contract so I guess they didn't want me.
