I applied online through simply hired.com. I heard back from HR and management fairly quickly. The interview process consisted of a phone interview/screener and a second interview which was done via Zoom. The zoom interview lasted for about an 1-1.5hours. Overall I thought the process was typical of what you would see in most settings. Management was responsive, willing to answer questions I had and were friendly. I heard back within 2 weeks of a job offer which I accepted. It took about a month to start though with the onboarding and all.
