It was clear that they were not prepared to hire for this role and didn't ask relevant questions. My interview focused on telling me about the company and only a tiny window to discuss my experience. Since my interview, the job requirements have changed several times. The role requirements should not change as you continue to interview more people. It would help if you were prepared to hire someone and understand the role of a Product Writer/UX Writer before you waste potential candidates' time.
