a call with the product team leader, after that, got a home assignment which later on, I needed to present to the product team. After I worked an entire week on the assignment, he called me and the feedback was not helpful.

Fast, pleasant, interviewer was very friendly, it was a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager, most of the time she explained about the company and the role, and most questions were about what I am looking for, and what are my drivers

Interviewed with HR then hiring manager. Hiring manager was on video. Odd interview as we didn't cover any of my actual experience but wanted me to talk more about what I'd change in the insurance industry - specifically around renters and car insurance. Felt less like an interview and more like they were looking for new ideas.
