Application to recruiter, to phone call, to back to back interviews to ghosting. Had to chase down the recruiter and send multiple emails to inquire why I wasn't offered a position I had industry experience in and was qualified for. Finally received an email where the answer was a clear violation of EEOC law. I never responded. All subsequent applications I put in have never even gone to interview.
