It was an okayish experience. Nothing was asked based on skills. Casual conversation happened. It went on for half an hour and at the end the conversation was around my availability as I was already continuing my degree during that time.

Entrevista
The interview process was of three rounds. The first round was with the Design Lead. It was mainly portfolio presentation and general UX Research experience. The next round was an assignment, although claimed as optional. It was asked to be completed in 5 days. The assignment was focused on UXR work with made up data. Lastly, an inperson interview was requested, which was with the Head of Design. This was mostly focused around overall work experience, the assignment, another portfolio walkthrough, etc. They reverted with a lowballed offer (not even standard increase). Salary expectations were already informed before Round 1.
