Emails with recruiter for a long time following by a Virtual interview with a panel. All had cameras off with candidate camera on. It was awkward and they were rude
Asked some typical, simple behavioral questions. They then asked about a couple of my projects listed on my resume. There was a panel of approximately four people, including the program manager and several senior engineers.
A good interview process where they truly want to know why you want to work there and continue your aspirations. I would say one of the best interview experiences I’ve ever had, know what you’re talking about because they will know if you do
