The communications leading up to the interview went smoothly. My questions were answered in a timely manner. The interview, however, seemed like it was for another position. It did not follow the original job posting. I went in thinking the Medical Writer II position would be technical, for someone with a science background. It appeared that everyone on the team, regardless of background, performed very similar tasks. I provided feedback after the interview, as requested, but received no confirmation of my comments. Finally, I received no notification once they filled the position. Quite unprofessional.
