Recruiter then calls the same day to go over questionnaire and answers. Leidos does not focus on the impact of candidate but focuses on salary, if you move forward to Hiring Manager. I was called the next day and told I will not be moving forward due to the salary I proposed. Recruiter was pushing for no more than mid 80k. Must be a typo on the job posting: "$54,600.00 - $84,000.00 - $113,400.00." Disappointing all around. It's not about the impact you can have at Leidos or about your career dev.
