Received a phone call from recruiter, asked very basic questions. Several days later I spoke with the lead recruiter (phone interview) who interviewed me on specific daily tasks and experience. I was then given a contingent offer. After accepting, a couple months later I spoke with another tech lead/manager who quickly interviewed me (phone interview) on more specifics related to my job and experience. Later I received an actual job offer and start date. *It should be noted that the reason the interviews were spread out over the course of several months is because I was not available to start working until much later after the first phone interview.
