The interview was carried out online with the prospective boss and a HR member. They asked about my trajectory and why I thought I was a good fit for the position. They asked some minor technical questions. The HR representative made some personal questions regarding my willingness to relocate and if this would be OK to my family.

How would you handle interpersonal conflicts between team members?
Initial call with recruiter, followed by one virtual and one onsite interview.
Interaction with the recruiter was pleasant and they kept me updated during the process.
However, and after several months, I retracted my application because the final decision process was intransparent.
