Standard process, started with a phone interview with a recruiter, then progressed to some video interviews with the managers of the program. Fairly easy questions and room to have a conversational tone rather than a formal interview. Final interview is on site at their US headquarters where you are given a tour of the facilities and are talking to people throughout the day.
