The interviewer called an hour late and because I didn't have an interview scheduled at that time I thought that it was a scam call. She asked questions about my job history as if she was reading my resume for the first time. And asked a few very prying questions that were very off putting and had nothing to do with the role or my job history.

"How's your job search been going. Have you been looking for long?" Also going through each job on my resume question the dates and reasons for leaving. I've never been questioned in an interview about each job I've had in the last 15 years unless it was on a job application.
