I was requested the day of to come in earlier from my interview. I made arrangements so that I can honor their request. I would think they would appreciate that I was able to make a last minute change. The interview went very good and they also gave me some good compliments about my resume and experience. They asked me to send them a 30 60 90 plan of what they could expect from me. Two follow up emails later and I never heard from them again. At the very least they could’ve just responded and said they moved forward with another candidate after I put together a whole plan. Not very professional and if they’re looking to get into the hotel business they should rethink how this kind of interview can effect their reputation.
