My background is in the food industry serving/bartending so I was searching for a role where I could utilize my customer service skills but also be able to start a career. Throughout the interview process I was able to learn about the different growth opportunities Legacy has to offer. It made me excited to be able to use my skills and start to develop new ones. I appreciated how much time my interviewer took to make sure that I understood everything about the company and the role before my interview was over. I felt so comfortable during the interview and was stoked when they offered me the job.

Consisted of two zoom meetings and an in person zoom meeting. Went very well, explained the job duties very thoroughly. Talked about room for growth and pay structure to give yourself an idea of the future of this company. Explained how you can become promoted within a year to a manager if you put in the work.
