The manager is very condescending and lives in his own reality. Not worth the time. He expects employees to work for him for as little of a pay scale as possible. He told me asking for a higher salary means I am materialistic. Not worth working for some company that does not have any clear common sense. The manager is too submerged in his own ego and does not have any clue about treating others with respect. He just put you down and treats you like you are nothing. He brags about how big his university is then yours. How much he has achieved in his life and you a fresher with no experience has nothing to offer. and finally, he expects you to give him a 4-year contract with minimum pay. the company is just a namesake MNC it terribly maintained with no cleaning or any decorum.
