Had two phone interviews with hiring manager and HR personnel and one onsight interview with the office manager/director. Background screening and previous employment confirmation. Overall a straight forward interview process. Onboarding only took about a day. They had an extensive self paced training program that all new hires are required to go through before you can start in your actually day to day activities.
