The Interview process was not ideal. Had a conversation with a member of the H.R. team that called me within 2 days of submitting my resume. After our call he told me that he would schedule a meeting with the hiring manager. Early the following week we had a 1 hour conference call. Discussing the position and what I could contribute to the team and to the company. Before ending the call they asked what my availability was. (I expected a follow meeting to be scheduled ASAP) But I never heard from them again.
