Very laid back. They knew my teaching credentials were in order so they mainly just got a feel for who I was and what I would do in certain classroom situations. Personality is a major factor in my opinion. When it comes to teachers, administrators can tell whether someone can maintain order in a classroom or if they will get walked on. Just be real and don't overthink. Always consider the best interest of the student when answering questions. Good school to work at.
