I started as a temp, worked my way up. I never really had an interview. From what I understand, its very basic. One of the girls asks you question about the motorcycle industry. If you know all the answers about motorcycles and super cross and you can pick up the phone and send emails, your good to go. But if you know nothing about motorcycles than don't even bother applying. You will be made to feel like an outsider.
