I faced 2 rounds of Interview. the first was with HR and then with the functional head. Once, they found me good they I had a casual talk with the CEO for 5 mins. They looked at only 2 things, one was my commitment to Sales from my past experience. They also grilled me on how do i work in building my leads and my persistence in closing the SALE. They also test by IQ with the help of some basic aptitude questions.
